Terms of Use
By accessing the services, facilities, website, or participating in any events or activities organised or affiliated with the All Darts Association of Singapore (ADAS), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use or participation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ADAS platforms, facilities, or services, or by participating in its programmes and activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all members, participants, visitors, and guests, including those engaging through ADAS-affiliated entities and partners.
2. Membership and Participation
By becoming a member or participating in ADAS activities, you consent to receive communications, including marketing and promotional materials, from ADAS and its affiliated entities.
All membership registrations under ADAS or its affiliates automatically include Ordinary Membership with ADAS, unless otherwise stated. Membership data may be shared with affiliated entities for verification, coordination, and entitlement to member benefits.
Membership withdrawal can be initiated by emailing info@alldartsassociationofsingapore.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe from ADAS.” Processing your request may take up to 30 working days.
3. Conduct and Responsibilities
All members, participants, and visitors agree to:
- Follow the rules and regulations outlined for ADAS events, training sessions, and activities.
- Behave respectfully toward other members, participants, guests, and ADAS representatives.
- Refrain from conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or disruptive.
- Abide by all venue rules, safety guidelines, and operational policies set by ADAS or its affiliated partners.
By entering or remaining within any premises owned, operated, or affiliated with ADAS, members and visitors acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for their own actions and compliance with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from unlawful conduct or possession of prohibited items shall be borne solely by the individual concerned, and not by ADAS, its management, or any affiliated entities or partners.
Zero-Tolerance & Indemnity Clause:
ADAS and its affiliated entities uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy toward the possession, use, or facilitation of prohibited items, substances, or illegal activities within their premises.
If any unlawful act by a member, guest, or visitor results in enforcement action, penalties, or regulatory fines against ADAS or any affiliated entity, the responsible individual shall be fully liable to indemnify and reimburse the affected organisation for all resulting losses, penalties, and related legal or administrative costs.
ADAS and its affiliates reserve the right to immediately remove or report any offenders to the relevant authorities.
ADAS further reserves the right to deny entry, suspend membership, or terminate participation for violations of these terms or for behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful.
4. Use of Facilities and Services
ADAS facilities and services are intended for use by registered members and approved participants. ADAS reserves the right to prioritise use of its facilities for official events, coaching sessions, workshops, or revenue-generating activities.
Members may bring guests to participate in ADAS activities or use designated facilities, subject to adherence to ADAS rules.
ADAS reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any person found in breach of its code of conduct or safety guidelines.
5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
All members, participants, and guests acknowledge that darts and related activities involve inherent risks, including potential injury. Participation in ADAS activities or use of affiliated premises is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
ADAS, its management, representatives, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or claim arising from participation, presence at events, or use of facilities, except as required by law.
All members and participants agree they are fully responsible for their own actions, health, and safety at all times.
6. Events, Photography & Media Use
By attending ADAS events, training sessions, or affiliated activities, you consent to the capture and use of photographs, videos, or other recordings that may include your image or likeness.
These materials may be used for publicity, marketing, and documentation purposes by ADAS and its affiliated entities, across both online and offline channels, without further consent or compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, materials, and branding associated with ADAS are protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written permission from ADAS.
8. Changes to Terms
ADAS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the official ADAS website or other official communication channels. Continued use of ADAS services or participation in activities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
