By accessing the services, facilities, or website of the All Darts Association of Singapore (ADAS), or participating in its events or activities, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use or participation.
2. Membership and Participation
By becoming a member or participating in ADAS activities, you consent to receive communications, including marketing and promotional materials, from ADAS and its related entities.
Membership withdrawal can be initiated by emailing info@alldartsassociationofsingapore.com with the subject line: Unsubscribe from ADAS. Processing your request may take up to 30 working days.
3. Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow the rules and regulations outlined for ADAS events and activities.
- Behave respectfully towards other members, participants, and ADAS representatives.
- Refrain from conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or disruptive.
- Obey the rules set by ADAS and respect the necessary requirements to use our premises, attend events, and participate in activities.
ADAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership or participation for violations of these terms.
4. Use of Facilities and Services
ADAS facilities and services are intended for personal use by members. ADAS reserves the right to use its own facilities for official events, training sessions, or other organizational activities, including those that may generate revenue. Members may also bring guests to participate in ADAS activities or access designated facilities, subject to compliance with ADAS rules and regulations. ADAS reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any individual in breach of its code of conduct or operational guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
ADAS is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in events, use of facilities, or engagement with its services, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, and branding provided by ADAS are its intellectual property and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Changes to Terms
ADAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on its website. Continued use of ADAS services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
